I'm working on this cross stitch at the moment. I think its going to drive me up the wall. Everytime I count the squares they end up in the wrong spot. It's taken days... all three seasons of castle and Chance's recommendation of Kings... a very good series indeed. If your reading this Chance.. the lebanese chicken wing recipe is awesome!

They get put into a yogurt soup. I prefer just to eat them like this.

ReplyDeleteI got some herbs and am waiting for my pomegranate molasses to be delivered and I will be making those wings. I'm putting mine in the oven tho (apparently you can) frying is messy. Ugh!!
The oven would of done the same job, your right.. I did them in a massive saucepan. So there was no real mess. They leak so many juices that it didn't end up spitting oil anywhere.

Yeh, me being clumsy and lots of hot oil.. just not a good combination. Also, I can ignore things in the oven - which is a bonus. If I wanted to stand over something wielding a spatula, I'd have a child lol..
