Lime Taxi the crap taxi

I don't normally complain about companies. Today I am. Last week I prebooked a taxi. On a Tuesday for Friday 7am pick up with a child seat. On Thursday being super organized I decided to call to confirm the booking. On calling the lady at the other end of the line had not recieved the prior booking so I made another. This is where I should of called it quits with Lime Taxi's. All the baby forums were recommending them. The lady insisted the taxi would be at our house at 7am with a baby seat. We should wait outside early.  So I went ahead.

Next day 6:50 we are all out the front waiting for the taxi. 7:05 no taxi. I decide to call because we can't afford to be late for the flight. Lime taxi tells me they have had trouble finding a taxi with a baby seat and that they are still trying to find one. He then tried to tell me that a child over one was not required to sit in a child seat.The lady the day before had said that a taxi would turn up with a child seat at 7am so I didn't think there would be a problem. The taxi company should of called to say that this was going to be an issue so I could arrange another company to transport us to the airport on time.
